Check – In Information
Passengers MUST be at the airport 3 hours before scheduled time of departure to check-in and have with them all necessary travel documents. Check-in will close strictly 1 hour before departure. Any passengers arriving after this time will be refused to check-in and no refund will be given. All passengers tickets must show the correct name as shown in their passport. Passengers must ensure they have a valid Passport / Visa to exit the country of departure and enter the country of arrival. KissAirlines.com reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger that is deemed not to meet the specified criteria above. If you are uncertain as to what documents are valid please contact us prior to travel or consult the embassy of the country you are travelling to. KissAirlines.com are delighted to serve all our customers with a Hot Meal onboard. Our flights also have a buy on board service where you can purchase a wide selection of drinks, snacks and duty free from our friendly cabin crew.
To make a reservation on any of KissAirlines.com flights payment is required, either direct or within the time limit as per the booking class you choose. You can therefore not make a reservation without paying unless you are entitled credit. Customers entitled credit payments have to settle the invoice even if the reservation has not been used. We can only offer selected business clients credit. Reservations and payments via this site are free of administration fees. The payment is made by credit card or if deferred payment is allowed by bank transfer or cash payment. Please remember to always indicate the booking reference whenever payment is done. KissAirlines.com tickets cannot be cancelled by the customer. Refunds will not be made for the amount, or parts of the amount. The traveller is himself responsible to ensure that he/she has enough time to get to connecting flights or other forms of transportation at the destination. KissAirlines.com will not be held responsible for missed connecting flights whether operated by KissAirlines.com or other carriers, no matter the circumstances. Refunds will not be made for loss resulting from missed connecting flight. Our ticket price is subjective to change without notice.
At KissAirlines. among other passengers special needs, we offer the following: Special meals Wheelchair service to and from aircraft These services are available to everyone, provided that passengers inform KissAirlines. on any particular needs when booking a flight. The ground & cabin crew will be at all passengers disposal throughout the flight, so as to facilitate embarkation/disembarkation as well as their whole trip.
Info For Infants
An infant is classified as being more than 2 weeks old and less than 2 years old; we are unable to accept carriage of infants under 2 weeks old. If an infant is 2 years old or older for the return trip then a return child/adult seat must be purchased. Meals are not provided for infants however our cabin crew are very happy to warm baby milk if required. Infants are allowed one piece of hand-baggage up to 5Kg in weight. Parents are allowed to take either a car seat or push chair in addition.
In the interests of security KissAirlines.com does not carry unaccompanied minors on any flights. An unaccompanied minor is a passenger of 16 or under this age. This means that all children traveling on a KissAirlines.com flight must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or above.
ONE (1) Piece of Checked Baggage up to 30 Kg ONE (1) Piece of Hand Baggage up to 7 Kg with dimensions no bigger than 55cm x 35cm x 25cm in order that it can be stowed under the seat or in the overhead compartment. INFANT ALLOWANCE – 10 kg. Children under the age of two without their own seat do not have a hand baggage allowance. No valuables, computers, money, and other valuable items is not to be placed in the checked in baggage. Please put your valuables in your hand baggage. No firearms, explosives or any other dangerous items can be placed in any baggage. All rules of the departure and arrival airport must be followed.

Passengers can increase their allowance prior to travel or pay on departure at the airport. Price at the airport on departure €10.00 / SEK 100 / $ 15 (Subject to availability and loads on the day)
